Project Description

Souls Harbour Rescue Mission (SHRM) has retained the services of LMMW Group Ltd. to provide deep energy retrofits, building upgrades, ongoing maintenance inspections, and repairs across their diverse portfolio of facilities. Energy retrofits to date, such as electrification of HVAC systems, electrical distribution system upgrades, and building envelope improvements, have yielded significant reductions in energy costs and emissions, while helping to improve resident and staff comfort.

Annuity L360 Preventative Maintenance Plans are in place for each facility to ensure proactive inspections and repairs occur, optimizing building performance. L360 priority service support further helps SHRM streamline operations and reduces overall operating costs.

“L360 is our facility retrofit and ongoing maintenance services provider. They have been very reliable from the beginning and have been a huge asset to our organization. We have several property locations and having L360 to manage our maintenance inspections and annual audits is a great benefit to us. They are incredibly responsive to our calls for service and have consistently provided quality workmanship on every service call and major project thus far. Their staff is very easy to work with, and I am confident that our relationship will continue long-term.”
